- A changed definition or population
- A source that was mischaracterized
- An affiliation or conflict that was omitted
- A conclusion materially changed by new evidence
What an update includes
The corrected information, the date, what changed, and why. Routine refreshes to recurring datasets will show a new as-of date without implying the earlier period was erroneous.
