Neighborhood comparison

Put two Rochester markets side by side.

Compare identical definitions and periods. A higher price, faster sale, or larger transaction count does not by itself make one neighborhood the better investment.

What the comparison can answer

The tool compares closed-sale counts, median sale prices, source-defined days on market, sale-to-original-list ratios, five-year median changes, and deduplicated Updegraff brokerage participation.

It cannot determine which neighborhood or property is the better investment. Rents, expenses, legal use, condition, financing, and the specific block still require separate evidence.
